    Back to the 80s

    I haven't watched all of this box set yet but am enjoying it. I enjoyed Bergerac back in the day. The TV production is of its time and can look outdated today but once you get into the programs, this becomes less noticeable. At first it was spooky hearing DCI Barnaby's voice coming from a young, handsome action man but as the series progress, John Nettles starts to age gracefully. All in all, a good journey back into police drama from the past.

    Bergerac says it all

    Good retro entertainment with a much loved John Nettles. Colours could possibly be enhanced but being a almost 40 year old show, the rather dull colours may have to be expected.
