Item was advertised as brand new in the box yet was clearly used. Package had been handled very roughly with the box packaging broken on the outside, the item had clearly been opened, used and repackaged.
Remnants of coffee grinds coming out of the grinder and the item itself has surface scratches on it. Additionally the top lid was broken and partially detached. On seller's posting it said a 30 day return, yet when tried to return received message that seller does not accept returns. AVOID
