Item received quickly, safety pins as described. Item description was essentially accurate-i.e. advertised as unopened with a note from seller that package was partially opened; however the remainder of the seal surrounding the clear covering had detached itself during shipping, not unexpected due to its age and dryness. I'm only noting this because the item was packaged in a soft bubble-wrap envelope whereas a cardboard envelope or insert may have prevented it from bending and pulling apart.
