Poor VHS transfer
This is a very basic transfer from the original VHS onto DVD, and it shows. Primary issue is that the audio soundtrack is often misaligned to the visual images, which is a real negative to following an exercise routine.

This dvd altho and old one now is the best keep fit dvd i have had in a long time, with all the kicks and punches i have soon noticed a difference in the shape of my waist, hips and bottom. Well worth the money.

Good for beginners
I bought this product because I loved going to taebo classes but could no longer get there so I wanted to do it at home. The dvd is very good for beginners as it explains everything but it was not really what I was looking for.

Billy Blanks - motivating and fast paced
I'd been to a couple of Tae-bo classes which I loved, I always got bored of aerobics. Due to other commitments I could never make the class, so I searched for a DVD I could use at home. I chose Billy Blanks as it was the only Tae-bo one around, and now I'm hooked. The work-outs aren't very long, but they do get you sweating, and he keeps you going, no time to rest. Some of the combo's are a little confusing at first, but after a couple of times you get the hang of it. I find the kicks very hard as I'm not very supple, and it does hurt, but its worth it if it's going to work!!! I think Billy is a very good instructer, even though there is a room full of people doing the work-out with him, you do feel on a personal level with him, that he's actually speaking to you... A1 workout if you want results
Wow, one of the best exercise dvds around. No irratating instructor, model or famous person in your face, he's there just to give you a REAL workout, and you WILL get results with this. Three workouts on one dvd so you are less likely to get board, it works at a fast pace so you don't have time to get board. I wouldn't advise people who have never done any workouts before (start with something alittle slower, but thats the fitness instrutor in me talking) to attempt this workout straight away. Again a dvd that WILL give you results if you put the effort into it.Wow, one of the best exercise dvds around.
