Wurde über Lieferverzögerung proaktiv informiert und bekam schnell Antworten auf meine Fragen. Bedauerlich: keinerlei Versandinfos bzgl Import in die EU. Somit hatte ich unerwartete Kosten von zusätzlich 60 Euro. Auf Rückfrage der Hinweis, es stünde in der Return Policy (?!). Für mich nicht transparent genug.
