I ordered January 7th & received my package January 12. I will say, the initial bag I ordered had some damage. Before it was sent out, the seller contacted me the next day, explaining. They offered a refund or if I wanted an alternative. I requested the alternative bag $ they sent it! Perfect and I was impressed by their customer service!
