Great customer service. Good communication, answered all my questions. Postage was confusing. They need to use a better delivery company. Free to one address in Sydney but a charge for a different suburb in Sydney. No logic to that at all. Then it was delivered on its end in full view of the public, just inside the gate. NOT GOOD!!! The doll is advertised with dimensions that do not match the product. It is smaller. I requested a refund & received it after posting the doll back (free postage).

Very impressed with this doll. The quality is very good, not cheap or rubbishy at all. The extras that came with the package are a bonus-sometimes not much is sent in extras. Considering the quality of this doll and all the included extras, the professional platform of the seller's trust factor, reliability and updates, the due care taken during the unbelievable speedy delivery (arriving a week early!!) and the low price offered in comparison-this is a truly great deal. Recommended.
