      Seller was extremely rude and insulting to deal with. Quite taken back really for trying to use a small Aussie business for Christmas shopping instead of the big outlets. I have run a small business myself for over 10 years and have never spoken to a customer the way I was treated. Sad

      Wow! Unfortunately we have to deal with people like this. Clearly the buyer was running a scam trying to get free items and when I refused she started with the insults and threats. I offered a full refund and told her to keep the item and she still left negative feedback when she was the one in the wrong. People like this make it near impossible for small business to survive, such a shame we all have to deal with people like this. Sad!
