The item appears to be new as described. I thought I read it was unused unopened in its original packaging but it was not. And I was a little disappointed it didn’t come with the special screws. I bought and returned one from Amazon. It had the special screws it was the wrong model number. I will say it was delivered on time. And it had a very good.
