In the time I opened it, the crack appeared on both screen sheets. I contacted the company right away. They apologized for the situation, and tried the solve the issue right away. They offered a replacement or a refund. Finally I accepted the refund option. They were willing to do their best to satisfy the customer. This is a good company!
