5 stars to the seller for this transaction. Kept constant communication from the point of order till delivery. The item was shipped quickly, was well packed. Received the item in 6 days to Germany. I could track the package status online. To top it all, the seller sent me extra heads for the dholak which was not in the deal.. for free! Thank you for the kind gesture. Will buy again in future.

Tolle Qualität & Klang! Sicher eingepackt, kam unbeschadet an. Hochwertig verarbeitet. Mit dem Produkt also sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer lief zügig und unkompliziert. Wurde über Lieferverzögerung proaktiv informiert und bekam schnell Antworten auf meine Fragen. Bedauerlich: keinerlei Versandinfos bzgl Import in die EU. Somit hatte ich unerwartete Kosten von zusätzlich 60 Euro. Auf Rückfrage der Hinweis, es stünde in der Return Policy (?!). Für mich nicht transparent genug.
