Even though 1 of the 5 pieces of the bowl set arrived broken, the customer service was friendly and accommodating. The package seemed to have been packed well with each piece wrapped and in an individual box within the larger shipping box. I didnt see how it would have been damaged, but it was. The seller believed me on my word that it came broken and I received a price adjustment right away . I was amazed at this way of doing business that is a thing long gone in today's marketplace.
