I am an extremely nice and sweet person and I take pride in that. The seller damaged an expensive item before sending it. The way the seller treated me after I not only returned the item, but did so within an hour of opening the package, was not okay. I have never returned an item and was unsure about the process. The seller left me in the dark for 5 days and was angry when I contacted customer service. They proceeded to tell me that they have a life and were very rude. I only speak my truth.

SELLERS BEWARE. The item was not damaged by me, but by the Buyer. He purchased the set,and damaged it getting it out of the case. Not only did he damage it, he sent pictures proving to me and eBay that he was wrong. I was found in the clear by eBay. I never expressed anger. The buyer's guilt and bullying behavior caused him to make threats. I never left him in the dark - it's called shipping. He didn't give me even 12 hours to respond.
