The product described was dead on, very good. Communication was spot on. We had a few hickups to deal with shipping. I'm assuming the first time, where Fed Ex was to deliver, this did not happen. I let seller know and they sent out another sprocket, but sent it via USPS. The label got ripped off, but the local post office was able to figure it out from the "island of misfit toys". I was quite frustrated, but when everything was said and done, seller was great, Shipping wasn't.
