I hooked everything up and the radio lights power on but the display does not turn on and I can’t play any music. Not sure if it’s a defective unit or what

Bought it and was surprised by its small size and light weight. Stunningly easy to install, great fit and finish, easy to use. Sound was great...but the honeymoon ended when I popped in a USB drive: so long as you weren't driving, it played well, but as I drove, it...skipped??? It stuttered, did all of that, like a 1989 CD player without anti-skip. It drove me crazy on a short drive and I punched it, destroying it. Seek life elsewhere on this one, folks. Well first off, it has more amps per channel than any other 40 dollar radio. It's name brand or worthy of someone putting their reputation on the line. Wasn't hard to install. All the wires are color coated. Same colors on radio as in my jeep. Sounds alright too.

the Dual AM FM Tuner Bluetooth stereo is well worth the price! I have mine hooked up to a 12 volt Supply with speakers on the wall, I paired it with my cell phone and I use it to play mp3s, and the tuner sensitivity is great, I got lots of stations on the presets!
