A very dissatisfied transaction. Fragile item very poorly packaged resulting in damage during postage. The clock shaft was pushed through the thin packaging and exposed obviously resulting in damage and the clock hands were like bananas. After sending multiple photos and emails back to the seller I received a very poor response from the seller only offering less than half of a refund. I only asked for a new movement to be sent. I definitely would not use this seller again.
