I've been going on eBay since 18 years old. I am 38 now. Never EVER have I copped what I copped with these flat out criminals. I ordered two external DVD writers, once my package came I go to move it and I can hear rattling inside. I'm thinking, probably the manuals bouncing back and forth. So I open it, manuals fall out for the two writers, and I still hear noise, I'm like OK, this doesn't sound good. See the photo. THAT is what they sent me. AN UTTER SCAM! These people belong in jail. INSANE!!

Avoid this seller! The offer was changed to a higher price AFTER PURCHASE, then the seller wanted me to cancel, first claiming to be "eBay customer service". The item was never marked as "posted" but was always "Awaiting postage" until a case for non-delivery was opened. Despite offering to "resend" (although the item was never sent) or refund - when I specified many times that the item should be sent, it was not. eBay intervened and refunded, but of course this is what the seller wanted!
