Etwas problematisch war, daß ein Original-Netzteil angeboten wurde, die Photos zeigten auch die Original-Verpackung.
Der Artikel kam aber OHNE Verpackung. Ein optischer Vergleich mit einem Original-Netzteil ergab Unterschiede. Dies erzeugte den Eindruck, daß es sich NICHT um ein Original-Netzteil handelte.
Wir einigten uns darauf, daß der Verkäufer mir den halben Kaufpreis zurückerstattet, dies erfolgte prompt.

I received the item opened/unsealed and is “NOT” Lulutox brand name based on the picture the seller advertised and claimed. I reached out before leaving feedback and asked a full refund but they refused. The conversation was just going around the circle. It was a waste of time. I feel unsafe to drink as it was not the brand i was buying and it was unsealed when i received it. Some of the tea bags were out in the actual package when i opened it. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER. LOST MY TRUST 😢

The description and photos do not match the item delivered. The plate was all I got, even though the cutlery was mentioned in the Title and appeared in most photos. The fine print at the end does say, package includes 1 plate, but I find this seller to be dishonest and misleading. After a series of email exchanges, I was offered a partial refund of 2% 😆 I’ll keep the item but not purchase from this seller again.
