Not happy! So be sure to arrange someone to take delivery. No instructions - just a sheet of paper with a link to a hopeless pdf that you can't print or save! I won't buy from them again, simply due to the pathetic support. It's big & heavy but much more comfortable than a conventional walker. It won't will fit in my boot without adjusting the height(: Highly recommend.

I got bad shingles in my left leg sciatic nerve...its so bad but not as bad as it was. With my Rollator wheels I can keep my good posture. You can't with a cane or walker but you can w Rollator. So thankful... its light enough too. Really well thought out design, seat and bag attached. Thank you guys.

There was no issue at all and they offered a cheaper rate if I wanted to keep the item but I asked for a replacement. The seller replied that they would review the matter within two days and on the Monday they organised to send me another unit.
