      The battery is faulty and does not work.

      The battery was flat on arrival. Within 1 minute of charging, an error message appears saying TEMP LOW, and the battery remains flat. When I try the original battery, all is well. I have tried this 6 times, and each time, the new battery will not accept any charge and the error message appears.
