Great timepiece for the price.
This is a great timepiece for the price. You get a lot of options that you dont typically find on a timepiece under $2k. The tritium tubes are bright enough and the colors they have in darkness stand out. The sapphire crystal is domed and looks sharp. The steel is brightly polished and is surprisingly resistant to scratching. My only gripe is with the stem protector. It doesnt require the plunger to be depressed for it to swing open. I feel that this could be an easy fix for Ball, but being as it's already patented, I dont see them changing the design. The pivot has just enough play to wiggle past the spring pin that is supposed to retain the protector in place (closed/locked position).This is a great timepiece for the price.
