It was in good condition. But it did not look new. It had spot marks on a good portion of its surface.

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the Samsonite bag.
I did mention in the listing it's a bit dusty so the cleaning /wipe off may not be thorough enough. If you give the outside a good shampoo, I am sure it will fix the issue.
If you check the inside of the case, you will find it's new as I bought it and never used it.
Secondly I did give you a very good discount on the item and it's good value. I am happy to take it back in its original conditions if you are still unhappy with the purchase
