Heard from Seller *very* quickly who immediately initiated a refund & apologized for the mix up, stating he had purchased the figure from a 3rd party to re-sell. Seller had not opened it, assuming contents were correct. Was extremely disappointed in the situation, but Seller handled it like a pro
