I've previously had positive experiences with this seller, but this time i had to reach out and inquire about a delay in postage and only after this was i informed that one item was out of stock. Then it was cancelled and the other items posted. This is poor effort at communication as they should have contacted me after taking my money and order, instead of sitting on it. Its especially annoying seller doesnt allow rating of 'seller communication'. This dissuades me from ordering again.

Item arrived in a thin/poorly packed brown parcel satchel. Parcel was damaged upon arrival & when opening there was very noticeable damage to the disc cover (large crack on the bottom plastic casing). After some initial delays/unclear communication from the seller a replacement copy was sent and arrived recently. Once again the parcel was very thin & poorly packed - very disappointing - but thankfully no damage to the replacement. Seller should consider escalating the poor quality parcels.
