I ordered ARRIS SURFboard SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem. But the seller sent SB6190 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem. Now I have to buy it somewhere else and wait for it to arrive which causes interruption to my internet service also. This is cheating and causes so much hassle.. Please correct this.
