I attempted to reason with the seller but that did not go anywhere. The seller sold a defective watch movement and refuses to take any responsibility. Contact with the seller resulted in unreasonable requests such as requesting me to determine the specific part that was broken. This is a typical “DIY” watch movement and yet the seller avoids responsibility by stating it must be a professional install. DIY enthusiasts may have better luck elsewhere.
