Item appears to be used but sold as new and unopened box (see listing photo). Box had been opened with part of the cardboard tray inside torn out and removed (see attached photos). Seller says this was done to provide an AU power plug.
I've purchased over a dozen Unifi products from various online stores in Aus and never had a box opened before shipping to change the power plug. This may be a grey market product. Buyers should be cautious.

It's easy to verify if it's local stock with Aus warranty. Distributor opened box and change AUS Adapter. Or you can ask all Aus dealer, all UX and UXG-LITE are all same box.

In reply to your response - Brand new items do not ship with half of the inside tray torn and ripped apart. I provided you photos of this. Changing a power plug does not require the cardboard tray to be ripped in half.
Your listing clearly states that the item is BRAND NEW and in an UNOPENED BOX. This is false advertising.
