They sent an expensive art book international packaged only in a padded mailer, despite the fact that I specifically got in contact with them to ask that that NOT do that and package the book with better protection in cardboard - they assured me it would be well packaged. Lies. Also, taking 12 days after payment to ship is ridiculous.
Terrible seller, would never buy from again.
