    I Love it , the series are great !!!!!!!

    Since I have never actually seen the Tv show Rawhide, but i did here about it. it was for sure before my tim and it went off the air i guess. But like i said i had herd about it, and also there was a reference about it on a Blues Brothers Hit Movie, and than i loved the " theme song. so after watching many Clint Eastwood movies ,my brother reminded me of that tv show seriies.. and i than Ebay it , found it and bought it. I love it. and especially the theme song.

    Are you KIDDING me? A young Clint Eastwood in the infancy of his career in a spaghetti Western series ?? Folks it just doesn't get any better than this !! I recently have been on this Western dvd kick and I've ordered everything from the Wild Wild West Television series dvd set, to John Wayne's True Grit. Eastwood and the cast of characters make this an even more believable series than any of the rest. There is never a dull repetitive story line, as each episode is always something new. I don't know which came first, the Marvel comic hero "Rawhide", or this recurring television series character each week on CBS. But I can tell you that this set of dvds will leave you enjoying every minute you devote to watching the never ending adventures of Volume 1 The Second Season Rawhide. FANTASTIC ...

    The best western ever on TV

    After buying & watching all of the episodes of Rawhide season 1, I couldn't wait to get season 2. Season 2 is split into 2 volumes, so this review is for volume 1 & it is just as outstanding as the season 1 collection was. All the best stories & guest actors along with the old familiar gang, makes this a very desirable collection for all true Rawhide fans & fans of westerns in general. I will probably collect all of the remaining episodes all the way through season 8 as soon as they come out on DVD.
