Very unpleasant experience. Was sent the completely wrong item to what was pictured and described. Should have had rubber, soft grip handles with hook size engraved. Was sent hard plastic handles with sizes printed on. Also wrong sizes. Seller would not accept return even though it's stated they do. Wanted me to keep item and they refund me 20%. I said no I want full refund when I return them. Then they said 80% refund because it costs too much to return. Went to Ebay for free return and refund.
