Item is ok, both velcro straps at the bottom of the bag are too short to attach to the bike rack. One zipper on the inside pannier was separated so I’m hoping that it doesn’t pull apart as soon as I place something inside. We have managed to attach the bag by wrapping the small Velcro straps on opposite sides of the rack to hold in place so I’ll see if that works.
