Item DOA. Seller tried to offer a $4 refund on this $18 sale then refused to pay return postage (even though the sale explicitly advertised 30 day back to base warranty ). After multiple exchanges the seller conceded and refunded the full amount but not before getting me really angry with their approach. I don t want to go through that experience again so I can t give positive feedback. NB I gave negative feedback first - this has been revised since receiving the refund.

The belt arrived in a vaccuum sealed flat pack and it has left some creases but hopefully this will even out with wear. Also, the brown colour was slightly darker than advertised. I contacted the seller and they were really good with communication. they even offered a partial or full refund because of the perceived colour difference but I have decided not to do anything and will be keeping the belt. Thank you for being patient with my queries.
