      Overall, the experience was positive because I still have a beautiful jewelry box and appreciated the discount offered. I'd planned to buy it new until Pottery Barn altered the design. While the listing didn't describe, and the photos didn't display, any damage, the item did arrive with a crack in the base of the armoire, and one of the doors does not close evenly. I assume this was from shipping. The damage is not visible from the front when the door is closed so I can still use and enjoy it.

      Purchased items… Six separate glass pieces poorly packaged - so of course one of them broke en route. Seller promised she would ship a new one to me as a replacement. Gave her more than a week to do this. She created a label but it seems item was never actually taken to the post office. She finally communicated with me and she created yet another label. Again the item was never taken to the post office from what I can tell. I’m very patient but no communication or response isn’t ok.
