Item didn't arrive a week after due date, tracking suggested not dispatched. Had to raise an Ebay case, seller offered a replacement which I was happy with, then presented a different unbranded item of lower value - of course not suitable. The seller agreed to refund after this. I had to chase the refund repeatedly, it was only processed the day before Ebay escalation after I advised I wasn't going to forget about this. Poor experience, can't recommend this seller based on experience.
