both globes turned up completely broken in pieces when they finally turned! packed inappropriately and anyone with reptiles understands a late delivery thats broken because it was incorrectly packed you are extremely frustrated! don't feel they could pack toilet properly if this is how they pack all orders! I had 2 orders bye the way both was same no bubble wrap except it was jammed in not around and wasn't even enough to cover half! both packages was the same!

Valve caps are good and were shipped from an Australian warehouse which is great BUT the seller uses robots for communication which is INFURIATING. It’s only because I left it so long to leave this feedback that it’s not negative to be honest. So in all I would recommend these valve caps and this seller but beware that trying to communicate with them is basically a complete waste of time.

Highly recommend this seller always great communication and prompt service when sending goods, only thing I would suggest is better tracking visibility as tracking is only showing up on the day of delivery and nothing while order is in transit other than that great seller
