      Do not install these

      Lost both my mirrors due to this weak plastic pieces breaking while riding. Installation was done properly. The plastic starts to crack with the road vibrations and ends up breaking. The 1st happened on a highway, never saw my mirror again. Second one was the day after on a local road, was able to catch the mirror but it was broken

      next to useless

      On arrival discovered it was plastic, initially was not a problem. As soon as bike started the mirrors vibrated badly so were next to useless, whilst riding they actually came loose, never had this problem before with alloy extenders so it must be the plastic extenders.
