The seller did extensive wrapping, and the marble tiles survived. Two of the decorations on the top, however, did not—they were broken off the clock. I will glue them back, but it’s a shame. The clock is running well and the chime is sweet.

The clock exceeded our expectations and we have to say the photographs did not do it justice. It arrived the next day after it was sent , which the seller informed us of, and was extremely well packed so as to cause no damage. It is in perfect working order and we would recommend this seller to anyone. It now sits proudly in our living room, ticking away and chiming beautifully at the appropriate times.
