    Waited weeks for the product, communication was terrible, item arrived wrapped in cardboard rolled up around it, clips and end plugs placed in a flimsy freezer bag that ripped open due to the metal clips inside. Did an audit on the clips and plugs to find an odd amount of items. Product is fine seller is awful!!

    Supplier cancelled order a few days after I placed the order with excuse "problem with address". I contacted them and they advised in fact "Sorry, this large item is a very fragile and not available for shipping to WA, as it can be easily getting broken." I would have appreciated this information being provided at the time of cancellation rather than me having to "chase it". Better still they should advise this on the item page.
