An adventurous explorer named Lord Montcalfe has been found dead in his stately mansion, and his daughter Elisabeth pleads for Holmes to investigate. As the master sleuth, you will use the stylus to navigate your surroundings from a first-person perspective. More than 100 items can be found and combined to solve puzzles, and you'll be able to take notes or jot down clues in a journal. You'll also need to avoid potential traps as you collect the necessary information to determine what happened to Lord Montcalfe. Fantastic game!
I loved this game. I thought it was a great use of Sherlock HOlmes and again it was very addictive and I had trouble putting it down. I really liked how it got harder as you progressed through the game. In the beginning, the clues, were easy to decipher and figure, but as you moved through the stages, they got harder and i did have to put some thought into solving some of the puzzles. I loved that there was a hint option on the game, so when i got stuck, i could just look there instead of trying to find it online and thought it was a great asset. There were only a couple times when i was very frustrated and needed to use it, but it was nice to be able to do it while on the go and not having to wait until I got home to look up a walkthrough online. Finally a mystery game that is easy for the player to navigate!!
This is a great game!! Ever notice how some mystery computer games leave you roaming around the playfield, seemingly clicking on every square inch of the screen in an attempt to progress?? Well the folks at Nintendo have finally created a Sherlock Holmes game that fans can actually play, progress, and enjoy due to its straight forward player guiding design.. This is a game you will spend hours planing ang enjoying, rather than hours trying to figure out!! Great game!!This is a great game!! Ever notice how some mystery computer games leave you roaming around the playfield, seemingly clicking on every square inch of the screen in an attempt to progress?? I love this game. It is very fun and very unique. I definitely recommend Sherlock Holmes: The Mystery of the Mummy to anyone looking for a challenging game and a lot of fun while at it. This game really is great for all ages.
