    Great workout in only 20 minutes!

    I love this workout tape. I used Dr. Teta's Metabolic Renewal program for a couple of years but I was ready for something different. This workout doesn't use weights but it still pushes me to the point I need to rest. At 68 years old, I am in the best physical shape of my life.

    What a workout!

    Excellent workout. Short sessions that get the job done! I really like this dvd set. Just follow along as best you can. Even though I can’t keep up I do what I can and I’m sweating in 5 minutes. I feel it working. Muscles are sore the next day. And after several weeks of following it 3 days a week I’m stronger and I’m able to keep up better with the pace and get more reps in. I love Metabolic Aftershock.

    Complete set of working DVD! Working (out) smarter, not harder! Woot!

    The first DVD is in working order and is very informative. He gives the keys to success with his program and starts with a great and challenging workout. I have all of the other videos, but haven't tried them yet. I look forward to stepping down from 30 - 45 minute, strenuous, daily workouts; to 15 min, challenging workouts 3X a week!

    Short, but Effective

    Only about a week in, so I'm still in Phase 1. The workouts are mostly strength training, not really a lot of cardio (unless you do the 5 minute bonus fat burn). Although, you do move through each of the circuits rapidly, so you will get your heart rate elevated a bit. A quality workout so far, I'm hoping that Phases 2 and 3 push me just a bit more.
