Described as open box which can mean item went home for trial use before being returned. Should have been inspected and cleaned. Still has drip ring marks and other dirty drip marks instead. Also shipped in plastic bag inside a padded paper envelope with batteries installed and no other padding. Could have turned on in transit as a fire hazard as power button wasn't protected. Very sloppy customer service.

Item was sold as new, when it was originally listed as open box with cheaper price, but when i asked for pictures the listing was changed to new and price went up but item was not new. Package had been open and 1 of the light wires had been crimped and cut. Seller was notified and got a reply back with thank you for the info. Would have least thought got a partial refund for original cost of item before changing listing.
