I ordered kiwi neutral as usual but I surprised to receive kiwi black I immediately contacted the seller who denied shipping kiwi black he told me that I got kiwi black from somewhere else I was really mad then he changed stating that he had only one kiwi black that he shipped because that is what I ordered 2 different languages here what I needed was just to replace kiwi black with kiwi neutral but he failed to cooperate

Then you sent a threatening message to us telling us “we will regret it” if we don’t send you a neutral. You didn’t buy this in neutral, you bought this in black. You are welcome to return the black at your expense and we will be glad to send you a neutral at your expense. We didn’t make any mistakes here. We sent you what you ordered in beyond record time.
