Product was not a 1" ball valve, it was 1 1/4" so it does not work for my needs (However, I should have paid attention to item# listed). In addition I had to contact seller to find out when product was being shipped, which was more than a week after shipping label was printed and I was notified. It arrived on last day possble and was wrong size, not as listed. Maybe I'll use it sometime in the future.
