The experience with the seller was positive as delivery and response time was prompt and satisfactory. However, the item I received had these issues: 1) wrong colour - the seller did promptly offer me a discount or exchange. 2) the pot that I received had a plug with a bent prong and loose parts inside - the seller did promptly offer me either an exchange or refund. The seller's service was efficient and courteous, however I am not so sure about the quality of the product.
