The seller is very nice and responsive. The controller I received had an issue with 2 of the buttons sticking, I sent a message to inform the seller as this was not described as a potential problem and they immediately suggested I start a return to correct the problem. I ended up just keeping the controller because my son said he could manage and didn't want to wait for shipping for another controller.. (shipping was fast and easy.. my 16 year old however is neither fast or easy lol)

The package arrived quickly and the espresso maker was in the advertised condition. I did have some trouble getting it started, but I found advice online regarding priming the water pump and everything appears to be working correctly now. The seller did an excellent job of setting expectations and then delivering on those expectations, which is precisely what you want from an ebay seller.
