Honest Seller! After purchasing, the seller tried to notify me that the family dog accidentally got a hold of the teddy bear and left a small tear in the bear's hat. I didn't catch email messages the seller left for me. The seller went ahead and shipped the item to me anyway - offering a full refund if I wasn't satisfied upon return the item. Once I received the item, the tear was very minor and our family decided to keep the item. The item's condition was like-new!
