    Unequaled description of Elizabeth Short's horrible death.

    John Gilmore met Elizabeth Short when he was a teenager and never forgot her. He was compelled to investigate and write the story of her horrible, untimely death for years before he actually wrote it. He spent years investigating everything concerning her death. He uncovers details never known before....plus photographs that he obtained because his father worked for the LAPD. He describes the horror of her death like no one else ever could. It left me speachless. What happened to her is just unspeakable. John Gilmore tells it like someone who truly cared about her and her horrible fate. No one else could have written it like he did.
