The item arrived damaged but the seller refunded me 20% of the costs and I agreed not to request a replacement. All in all its a measuring tool of not great quality but probably all you can expect for the price. The box clearly stated battery and spare are provided but as explained by the seller it does not come with batteries (LR44) at all, as stated in part of the product description if you look into it. In summery I would give the seller 5 stars but only 3 for the product.
