The seller left off a part about the item in the description and because of that I returned it. The seller was awesome to work with and I would work with them again in the future.

    Great value, great price!

The camera is everything I expected and more. I have an e20 and needed a mate for the convenience of using my fisheye lens on one and standard lens on the other -- so I wouldn't have to change lenses in the middle of real estate shoots. I couldn't believe I could get one for this price.

  • Excellent all purpose Digital SLR

This camera has a useful resolution (4 megapixel) and a unique feature - one can choose to view the scene either via the optical through the lens viewfinder, or through the lcd located on the back of the unit. When one is taking macro shots this is really useful. The camera is very strongly constructed out of alloy, unlike many more recent cheaply manufactured plastic units. The camera is also easy to hold, neither too heavy or too light. With a good flash unit, excellent handling and good reliabilty these (given their new cost of 1500 dollars!) are a real bargain these days.

  • A high quality camera made before planned obsolescence. Wonderful.

If you're looking for the latest/greatest MEGA pixel camera this is not for you. If you're looking for a quality DSLR that takes fantastic pictures then, jackpot! It is heavy - I like to think this is because it was made to last and 'made when expense wasn't an issue' according to an Olympus rep. He lamented the fact that they don't make them anymore. I find it easy to operate and full of features to get me the picture I want. If I could make any improvements it would be to the memory it takes - CF and SF cards under 1 to 2 GB (have to confirm the 2GB/never tried one, but read someone else had) which means you need a lot of cards if you are on a high compression ratio. More pixels? Maybe. I've never tried to enlarge a photo in a big way from a ...

  • Camedia E-10

I have been a user of Olympus photo equipment for many years. From the OM-1 to the present E-3 that I own. I have had several E-10 cameras since they were first offered and have been happy with them all. I am an inveterate trader and kept selling and buying another one. I have been witout one for several years and just recently started a project for which I needed time lapse photography. I remembered using an E-10 for that several years ago. So I bought another one. It is the only camera I have owned that can operate over a 24 hour period (when using the AC adapter) or until the card is full. Using the program feature and auto flash (where required) it does a fantastic job. It has all the features of much more expensive models and an excellent lens and shutter system. I won't ...
