so far so good. My 3 yr old daughter never sleeps, no nap, no bedtime, never. I tried another type of kids melatonin tablet but she wouldnt take it because she said they were sour tasting. I couldnt even sneak them crushed up in a drink, so it was useless. These gummies taste good, and she thinks its like candy, so she eats them right up. They work well, usually with her falling asleep about 30-45 minutes after she eats one, but at times I have to give her 2, though seldom.
